With Pope Benedict tucked away inside of Castel Gandolfo, The Camerlengo has apparently taken control of the Vatican on behalf of the Roman Curia. All Cardinals have been recalled to Rome ready for the Conclave to begin.
The Roman Catholic Church has now entered Sede Vacante.

Bizzare...Moments after Benedict left, the Camerlengo met with the heads of the Roman Curia physically at the doors of the Popes Residence in the Vatican and began to seal off the building...with rope ties and with wax seals...BIZZARE

The Cardinals are now in Secret meetings prior to the Conclave. They have shut the Sistine Chapel and moved the Chimneia into the church ready for the white smoke moment.
They removed Benedicts seals today from everywhere. The Vatican have not yet released information regarding the Conclave itself.
