Earthquake in Chicago
 http://gazetteonline.com/local-news/...s-felt-in-iowa I was surprised when I woke up this morning to hear that an earthquake actually hit the suburbs of Chicago overnight. All my friends back in Illinois said it was crazy.

 Is the City alright??? I presume it wasnt more then a Tremour...we had an earthquake in England last year that I felt...its a most peculiar feel.Thing is...there isnt really a fault line in lincolnshire where the epicentre was...and I dont think their is a faultline near Chicago...though lake Michigan I suppose could be prone to geological shifts

The epicenter of it was actually about 45 miles northwest of the city, but all my friends in Joliet and Plainfield said they felt it and they are 35 miles south of Chicago. They are saying it was a 3.8 magnitude, but no major damage or injuries have been reported.
