Bent over rows hurt my shoulder. And the doc hasn't "technically" cleared me yet so i went light on those.

Ok I have missed posting a couple days I will catch you up on what I have done for 3 days now
One leg squats 5-3-1 100lbs, 110lbs, 120 lbs Kodiak 135lbs 3x3 Power clean 5-3-1 155-170-190 Almost cleaning 200 lbs Ploymetrics(explosion) Power Pulls 3x3 155 lbs and then some random extras As track season nears I am doing more cleans and stuff to really work on exploding. Gained about 3-4 lbs! |

Front Squat squat 5x5 185lbs Power Pulls 2x10 155lbs Hang Clean 2x10 155lbs Kodiak 1x3 155 lbs Box Jump 36 inches 10 times in a row Power Cleaned 100lbs with one arm today, went for the snatch but couldnt balance it just right. |

Did Some Bench Today!!!! 135 3x till exhaustion. I havent really gotten weaker on bench yet. Hang cleans 115lbs Snatches 115 lbs |

sorry i havent posted in awhile
over the past days power cleans snatches curls ploymetrics did some bench but light weight cause doc told me that was a no no but i couldnt resist |
