Well, I don't know about THE best. At his prime, sure. I would have put the Matt that fought Trigg against the WW World, but since he went southpaw and has been noticeably graying, I would definitely put him at the best WW of all time, but not necessarilly the best WW of this time. Same as Pulver. Still don't know if I'd say THE best though.
