Ostrich

Here in SWNM we always go rabbit hunting, and we always have a rabbit fry or roast at the end of the day. We do the same with Quail, Dove and Rattle snakes, also I have had goldfish.... I thought I could do the goldfish trick where you swallow it and then it back up but....

love rabbit. I don't think that is weird. I grew up raising the fuzzy little things.

I've eaten a huge variety of meats and different animals, but now I've become a pescotarian. I loves me some fish.

Kangaroo reminded me of venison or kinda vealish tasting, wasn't too bad. I'd eat it again!

I've had Ostrich burgers before....Very Good!

There is a butcher shop in Calhoun County Illinois that carries it along with buffalo, venison, rabbit, squirrel, etc. This guy makes some of the best deer sausage I have ever had.
