Default Saunas

how long and hot should I use it for post work out to lose weight. Ive been doing it with a sauna suit at 150 for an hour

Are you trying to burn fat or just cut weight for a competition? A sauna is only good for helping you lose water weight. It won't do anything to burn fat.

I think people have gone up to around 120 degrees. Seems the most effective way to cut weight is to wear a thick sweatshirt and let your sweat soak into it. When it's soaked, take it off and put on a dry one. Repeat until weight is reached.

A sauna only makes you lose water weight, not fat.

LMAO, you forgot the third verse. That you pretty much gain it all back and then some with the gallon you drink per day.
