how long and hot should I use it for post work out to lose weight. Ive been doing it with a sauna suit at 150 for an hour

Are you trying to burn fat or just cut weight for a competition? A sauna is only good for helping you lose water weight. It won't do anything to burn fat.
I think people have gone up to around 120 degrees. Seems the most effective way to cut weight is to wear a thick sweatshirt and let your sweat soak into it. When it's soaked, take it off and put on a dry one. Repeat until weight is reached. |

A sauna only makes you lose water weight, not fat.
