Well the induction happened today.
I met with the trainer that the gym has allotted me. We talked for half an hour about health issues and diet issues blah, blah...He told me it was a ten week course, the first three sessions would be one to one, then a review after week five and a final review after ten weeks and then to report back to my doctors. However...he told me, I could remain a member of the gym on the same concessionary rate AFTER the ten weeks He cant do tommorow, so we start next week instead. On a side note, no swimming tonight, because firstly I'm hoping to go to the cinema instead, and secondly, as happens on rare occasions I have a flare up of symptoms due to the medication I'm on. Had a nasty morning with the symptoms of Sertraline this morning...cant face, swimming...and dont think its wise niether |

No !! there's a big differance, thy haven't the soda bread and potato bread we have, mmmm, heart attack on a plate (i enjoy at least two a week) [edit] Ulster Fry See also: Culture of Northern Ireland A full Ulster Fry served in Belfast, Northern Ireland. An Ulster Fry is a dish similar to the Irish fry popular throughout Northern Ireland and the three counties of Ulster which lie in the Republic of Ireland (Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal). A traditional Ulster Fry consists of bacon, eggs, sausages (either pork or beef), the farl form of soda bread (the farl split in half crossways to expose the inner bread and then fried with the exposed side down),and potato bread[10] Other common components include mushrooms or wheaten bread. All this is traditionally fried. The Ulster Fry is often served for lunch and dinner in households and cafés around the province. Emigrants have also popularised the serving of an Ulster Fry outside Northern Ireland. |
