So, here post your quick tips on getting better from injuries! I thought that would be appropriate given what happened to me about an hour ago.
I was holding Thai pads in our MT class, and my partner, Tiff, missed the whole pad and kicked me in the face
I can laugh now, but on impact, I saw a ton of stars and sat down for a bit.
It didn't hurt at the time (probably b/c my adrenaline was flowing), but right now, it's really starting to hurt. I put some epsom salt where the bruise will be and a tad of ice on it.
We did some leg sparring later on, and my friend Lucas said, "I want to kick Kim in the face!"
I replied, "I already got kicked in the face." So goes to show, watch what ya say, hahaha
Anyway, I can probably attribute this good mood of mine to the fact that I am going to sleep soon, so anyway, ttyl and all that.
