Matt,

I always appreciate how you apalogize to us fans for being late on your blog. I do have to admit that I check it 20 times a day until you update it but the fact that you care amazes me. Every interview Serra is in always says he can't stand how you treat people, he is so far off. Frank Trigg had some stupid things to say but I think Serra tops him. Ground and pound!! Keep training and enjoy yourself in the octagon!
I seen an interview with you that you said you wanted to fight in Illinois before you retire if they make it legal in the state. Does anyone know if this is going to happen? God Bless. John

It's official..... My dislike for Serra is more than that of GSP...This stupid lop talks too much non-sense! Especially when he calls Matt what he is missing between his legs.

Hey Matt . Since you train for every fighter differently , it seems you always train with people like your opponent to get a feel for them .

Im curious , how do you go about training for a guy like serra , i just cant figure it out . I mean , if i was training for serra and wanted to find the closest thing to him i guess id just go around kicking piles of dog **** in the park .
