They both suck and are quite expensive. Make your own MRP's.

Simple recipe:

1. Coffee grinder
2. Grind dry oats (carbs & fiber)
3. Grind your favorite nuts (fats & fiber)
4. 1-2 scoops of whey (protein)
5. Fill 2-4 in a shaker cup
6. Add water

Much cheaper and much healthier than those Cytosport products.

EDIT - ok, well they don't "suck", but there certainly are plenty of other less expensive and healthier alternatives to Muscle Mik and Monster Milk.

I'm curious too. I always say save your money, purchase the active ingredient, L-Arginine (or AAKG) separately. The rest of that stuff is just unnecessary fillers that jack up the price.
