Default 4.37 Miles

Well today after training for ten weeks, I did it. I ran the whole 4.37 miles at the Lake Run today with out walking or stopping. I can't believe that I did that today. I'm so happy to see that my hard work paid off.

Awesome job! This is just the beginning for you on your road to where you want to be.

Thanks everyone! Don't get it wrong I was not about to break any land speed records. I went very slow, however my goal was to run the whole thing. I shows me that if I try hard enough that I can do anything.

THanks again everyone.
