Thats leg day for me hun, lasts about 7 days for me atleast. Just remember to streth afterwards and drink loads of water. By the way have fun they rock!!

If you like sweet potatoes, they're even higher in potassium than bananas. Of course, bananas are a lot easier. Just peel and eat.
