This is a spin-off of "Fight Science" that's airing on Spike. The basic idea is that they test the different weapons that a historical warrior would use, input the results into a computer program & then run it to see who would win more fights out of 1,000. In the first episode "Apache vs. Gladiator", they brought in Chuck Liddell to help test out some gladiator weapons. Here's a link to where I've uploaded the video:

butchers dont go through a side of beef like that. they use several slicing and chopping motions, that was right through one go, well impressed (I worked for a butcher while still in school. they dont do it like that in the uk)
