I am very worried for the US team on the TUF9.

We used to think that the UK was behind us in terms of skill and training techniques.... the truth is they have surpassed us! Why haven't we thought of this???


My gym definitely is a lot more dirty, dingy, ugly, and a lot less woman-y

I wasn't sure how effective that video would be at first....


but after watching it for the 8th time I decided I really liked it
