Greek Orthodox Lentan Chant...the soloist sounds almost...islamic...like a Meuzzine...its very strange even for the orthodox church its not a tonal quality that many middleaged obease white European males can get anywhere near.

The church I was in happen to be very liberal in regards to theology and very stuck on THEIR tradition, not so much the tradition of the Anglican Church. In fact the priest, who since has passed, actually told me that Jesus was the "best way" when I asked him if he thought Jesus was the only way to heaven.

I have heard though that the new priest at the church is actually pretty sound doctrinally.

The unfortunate thing about the Anglican church is...it has no set tradition...The same Communion has everything from Charismatic evangelical types all the way to Anglo-Catholic...seriously...it is one of the most all encompassing denominations ever...and thats why its set to split eventually.

We have the black african gospel churches, and the episcopal church consecrating homosexuals...and they are officially in the same denomination...and they cant stand each other

ooops...meant to click edit...but never mind...I was gonna say that our old church went off the rails aswell when I was very young in Lincoln, the priest wanted to take it in one direction, and he eventually had a nervous breakdown as the church streaked out of common anglicanism.

You often hear of Anglicanism being like that...its a bit...loose...but no denomination is perfect
