I like Houston!

And more so, this programme is great, really shows you just how amazing the body is, that when in danger adrenaline can make you like Superman!

I thought it was interesting how his trainer got him all fired up...AND more importantly what happened after.

Ever noticed that after a peak there is a trough? like you might feel good getting hyped up and punching and stuff...but when you STOP...you suddenly drop.

My Meds SOOOOO have that kinda effect on me, I can go through extreme changes, and whats interesting is that after being excited...you crash. (even if the excitement has a positive outcome) I wonder how many fighters have won a Title...to feel like absolute shyte by the time they get back to their dressingrooms for apparently no good reason.

That was a cool video. I'm surprised he didn't break his hand hitting the crash test dummy. That thing doesn't look like it gives enough. In the slow motion replay you can see his wrist fold back on at least one of the punches.

Yeah I noticed that too. It looked like he jammed it. Plus I don't think he had any wraps on.
His punching style is very strange anyways. He stands square like a muay thai fighter, but his punch are all arm it seems.

I thought it looked like an arm punch as well. He didn't turn on the punch, atleast to my untrained eye.

That's pretty amazing. He didn't really use a whole lot of form, it was just a straight overhand right without turning the body or stepping and he was still able to punch 1000psi.

Talk about an emotional dude. Big hi's and big low's. Work on the ground game Houston. I'd love to see him fend off some guys and get those big KO's again.
