Do you think if Carlos had been able to defend against Georges' takedowns, the fight might have gone Carlos' way especially given the kick he gave Georges in the 3rd? I'm not sure...is this normally a weak area for Carlos, his takedown defense?

I had no stake in that fight last night, so being a "sore loser" has absolutely nothing to do with it. I didn't even remember that the fight was going on until last yesterday afternoon. I think my beef is more with the GSP fans being ungracious winners.

There is simply no need for the insults or name-calling just because someone happens to not be a GSP fan. That is their decision to make and it is ridiculous to think that you have the right to dictate another person's criteria for fandom. Yes, we can acknowledge that he is an amazingly talented fighter, but that doesn't mean that we need to be a fan of the guy.

You might need to double-check your internet dictionary on the definition of the term "trolling" because that's not what I'm doing. My comment falls more accurately into the category of "flaming."

As for your claim that I'm just mad at GSP for beating Matt twice... seriously? Are you just now figuring that one out? That's been the norm here for the last few years and I don't think I've ever made an effort to hide that fact.

If I've ever given you the impression that I do NOT hold a grudge against GSP for defeating Matt, then I apologize because that's never been the case. I definitely hold a grudge and I probably always will.

Finally, I have no idea how the last few Condit fights have ended, because I don't recall ever seeing him fight. I've probably watched only 2-3 UFC events in the last 2 years.

i think gsp woulda been able to win even if the fight was standing .. but was much easier taking hin down ... nice kick by condit tho ...

if you think about it tho .. condit has had 9 months to train for the fight .. gsp was only cleared medically in the summer .. i dont think he did too bad in winning all 5 rounds ... lol ...

Exactly. That's why in my predictions I picked GSP but was rooting for Carlos. Most of us are not going to forget that classless nonsense about "I'm not impressssssed....".

That said, I did watch the fight last night and it was a good one.

It takes maybe three-four hours to create a single video...if you are doing a prediction for one, and a recap for another, almost EVERY WEEKEND...

ONLY numbered events are guarenteed full predictions and full recap videos...and if the UFC dare to raise the amount of those next year, I will have to cut the recaps of them also...I just havent got time...and people on this forum dont care as much as they did, and frankly, thats true on every mma forum I post on...I spread my base last Fall and am now regular/semi regular on several others...and its the same everywhere you go.

I don't usually read comments that are lengthy - and by lengthy I mean more than 2 sentences. I always thought you made the videos because you enjoy doing them. I think it's safe to say that everyone is busy with their everyday lives and now that information flows so fast, we all have to pick and choose. It doesn't mean I don't care, I like you very much! But unless the caption says something like "don't click this, the link goes to the worst toe injury you've ever seen", well, I'm not going to click it (or in Mike's case "link to the biggest tatas in the universe" or in Nate's case "link to the most awesome Star Wars outtakes" or in Ben's case "greatest VCU 3-pointers", you get my drift).

I think Georges is going to retire one day and really regret not just going for it and make the attempt to really finish a fight. He'll leave the sport known as " the world's safest fighter". Big whoop.
