Jeremy Stephens to be Extradited???

Firstly...In all my knowledge of Americans, they vertually NEVER extradite their own.

Secondly...Where the hell are they thinking of Extraditing him to...and why?? Which country was he in when he supposedly hit someone???

Please dont tell me you have to go through extradition orders to remove one American in one state to be on trial in another American state...your states dont even have formal boarders...so that would be so inexcusably bizzare beauracticlly speaking to begger belief
