Frank should of been put out by nog but who knowsif cain will ever be close to what he was pre surgery... tito vs forrest doesn't really interest me at all.... Saw the first two fights and they were pretty much the same fight.. tito starting off strong against a slow starter and then fading midway threw the fight.

They mentioned this on Inside MMA Monday, Tito won their first fight and Forrest won their 2nd, both by Split Decision. I hope Forrest wins.

I think the Cain/Mir fight is the more interesting match-up.

I feel nervous for Cain.. I know his fight with JDS was just one of those things he got KO, but I really am scared for his shoulder. I hope he can pull it off. He is the more well rounded fighter. I like Mir don't get me wrong, but if we see a healthy Cain I fear for Mir.

I like this matchup for Cain. In Mir's last fight against big Nog...he was about two seconds from being KTFO. Big Nog suffered a brain fart and decided to grapple Mir. If Big Nog could easily outstrike Mir...I see Cain landing and landing huge. Combos and big right hands. This doesn't go past the first round.
