Anyone know more about Jon Madsen?

Does anyone know anything more to the story about why Jon Madsen was released from the UFC? He was 4-1 and got released for his first loss after 4 wins and the loss was by doctor stoppage.

I don't remember seeing anything "official", but meathead fans found him to be boring. Sucks, but that's the way it is.
