It's in loco parentis, the school is responsible to make sure the kids are properly fed while they are in the care of the school. If the cafeteria personnel can not handle it, it should be a matter for the HR department or the PTA, not Congress.

I'm reading a biography of John Adams and am at the spring of 1776, with members of the continental congress agonizing about how to achieve independence, whether they should even consider independence. The price to pay was treason and death by hanging. Adams himself typically spent 12 hours a day in service to his fledgling government.

I think our forefathers are turning in their graves at the actions of our current bunch of clowns in congress.

I've often thought this myself about our forefathers...what they would think about how we've interpreted or rather mis-interpreted what they put down...how it's been twisted beyond what they probably intended or meant especially the "separation of church and state".

Espessially considering the words seperation of Church and state are NOT even in our Constitiution! The far left likes to quote things that ain't even in thier. So yeah you have a real good point!
