Fred needs to read Ezekiel 18:32
For I have No Pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.

and Ezekiel 18:23
Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

It's God will that all men be saved. He doesn't take pleasure in the death of the wicked. Somehow Fred Phelps has not realized this. He takes the judgement of God to the furthest extreme and tries to make The Lord sound sadistic and hateful. What Fred Phelps needs to do is tell people to repent and turn to the Lord instead of saying thank God for dead soldiers and stupid stuff like that.

Is that Fred Phelps in the photo that Spiritwalker posted? I've never seen the guy, but he is definitely a Satanic minister. There is absolutely nothing Christlike about his "ministry."

Yep it sure is. You can see that same look in the eyes of the followers he has in his church.
