Why wasn't his cohort given life as well for kidnapping, raping and tortuing that poor woman? He only got 17 yrs. and 4 months from what the article says. Both of them deserve life with NO possibility of parole. I can't imagine the fear "Jane" has lived with all these years knowing her rapists were out there roaming around free. Maybe it will help her knowing they've been caught.
