Yeah, I plan to pamper myself tonight. I'm sure I can talk the bf into taking me out to dinner tonight where I can order a nice glass of wine and then have an early bedtime.

I have horrible nightmares. I also have chronic insomnia. I have a script for meds and the bf is probably going to make me pick up a refill.

I remember you saying that. About the insomnia. You don't take something every night?

( I do. If I don't I stay up round the clock. )

I think the dinner, some wine and an early bedtime is the perfect Rx!

Today in class we were playing Simon Says. ( An oldie but goodie )

Michael was Simon and he was giving the commands

"Simon says...........touch your elbow."
"Simon says...............jump up and down."
"Simon says..............clap three times."

He was doing great! But then it happened!

"Simon says...............touch your wiener!"




There was a stunned moment of silence...............
and before anyone could react.......... Justen pipes up…………

“Duh Michael…………it has to be something that EVERYONE can do! DUH!”


“oh………okay" Michael says……………"Simon says…………touch your feet!”

I've been on and off meds for years now. I did meds every night for a couple of years and now I try to just use them when I get a bad run of several nights in a row. It's all hit or miss. At least my restless leg syndrome cleared up. Regular, high quality massages made all the difference in the world for that. I have an appointment tomorrow for one, thank goodness. It's with a new girl so she better be good. My regular guy left and went to a new place. If the girl sucks, I'm going to my guy at the new place next time.

I hope she's good, Amy. As to meds, Ambien worked great for me until my husband said I was sleepwalking last time. Now I'm afraid to take it. Hang in there.
