How far in advance do you guys plan your events?
12:36 Dana White: Months. We're already working on August.

12:37 [Comment From Vinicius: ]
What is your dream fight?
12:37 Dana White: My dream fight? We do them all the time. But if you want to talk about SuperFights, I truly believe we put on dream fights twice a month, but right now it's Anderson Silva-George St. Pierre. Maybe Jone Jones-Anderson Silva some day.

12:40 [Comment From James: ]
What is the best fight you have ever seen live? Also, despite the fact that MMA is eclipsing boxing, you ever think about becoming a boxing promoter? I know it was your first love.
12:40 Dana White: There's so many fights. We were just talking the other day about how many fights I've watched over the past 10 years. It's like 2,000 fights I've seen live.
12:40 Dana White: Yes, I love boxing, but I'm a huge MMA fan now. I just think that boxing has too many problems.

12:40 [Comment From Glenn: ]
Dana, how much can you max on bench at the moment?
12:40 Dana White: 315.

12:41 [Comment From Mike: ]
Dana, as a financial student here, would you ever consider taking the organization public? Setting up a board of directors and increasing equity?
12:41 Dana White: Never. We'll never go public. Usually, companies go public because they need capital. I don't need Wall Street sticking their head in my business.

12:41 [Comment From Lewis V: ]
What is it like to be the face of the fastest growing sport in the world?
12:41 Dana White: It's fun. I have a good time. I love this sport. I love this company and I love my job.

12:41 [Comment From Colin: ]
Are you attending in Seattle?
12:42 Dana White: Oh, hell yes, I'm attending. I'll be there tomorrow.

12:42 [Comment From Guest: ]
Dana, I watched Undercover Boss with the COO of the MGM. Thanks for taking part. It was a great gesture on your part for the Man and his boys!
12:43 Dana White: Thanks. It was cool.

Who's on your iPod right now?
12:43 Dana White: I'm a huge Rage Against the Machine Fan.

12:43 [Comment From Rusty: ]
What is your stance on the fighters having a union?
12:43 Dana White: That's up to the fighters.

12:43 [Comment From Alex: ]
would you honestly sign Chad OchoCinco?
12:44 Dana White: Chad talks a lot of smack man. He better just keep playing football.

12:44 [Comment From Joel: ]
Where do you see MMA and the UFC in 10 years?
12:44 Dana White: I say it all the time, and I truly believe, it's going to be the biggest sport in the world.
12:45 Dana White: there was a question about Michael Bisping's punishment for what happened vs. Rivera. What we did. We're not a sanctioning organization so that's up to the commission. The commission punishes these guys. But what I did was he didn't get a bonus. And believe me, that hurts.

12:46 [Comment From @JoeHostile: ]
Dana, Seattle has a HUGE gaming industry. I know you are big on social media. What advice would you have to other companies as far as social media strategies are concerned?
12:46 Dana White: I love social media. I think it's the best thing ever. It's great for business.
12:46 Dana White: Yes, I will be Tweeting tickets in Seattle.

12:46 [Comment From rich: ]
is there any chance a single dad from maryland could be you for a day?
12:46 Dana White: Uhhh, no.
12:47 Dana White: He can come out with me for a day.

12:47 [Comment From Brian: ]
Who's gonna be on the next 'In the Moment' doc,Bones episode was epic
12:47 Dana White: We don't. We haven't made the decision yet, but we loved the show, and thought it was a huge success.

12:48 [Comment From Guest: ]
What do you think of having an "overtime" round to decide draws such as the Penn/Fitch Edgar/Maynard fights?
12:48 Dana White: I love it.

How many frequent flyer miles did you rack up in 2010?
12:48 Dana White: A lot. There's actually a year that we did the math. I spent more time in the air than I did on the ground.

12:48 [Comment From rOBIN uk: ]
Do you have Kids
12:49 Dana White: I have three kids. I have two boys and a girl. My boys are 9 and 10, and my daughter is 5.
12:49 Dana White: They know the UFC and they know all the fighters. Both my boys train. They do Muay Thai and wrestling. When we're out, people come up to me, but it's what they're used to. It has been that way since they were born.

12:49 [Comment From Patrick: ]
Does Vince McMahon talk to you about UFC?
12:50 Dana White: Vince and I probably talk twice a year. We talk about UFC and about wrestling.

12:50 [Comment From Paul: ]
Will you be uploading video blogs for the UFN?!
12:50 Dana White: Yeah, I have a video blog going up right now.

12:50 [Comment From Jay C.: ]
What would you say is the key to your success?
12:51 Dana White: We work hard. We really love this sport. We really believe in it. We've built a great team and we all work hard.

12:51 [Comment From Jose: ]
How do you feel about banning elbows on the ground and allowing knees to the head on the ground?
12:51 Dana White: I don't like knees to the head on the ground. If you don't like elbows to the head on the ground, you definitely shouldn't like knees to the head on the ground.

12:52 [Comment From Brad: ]
Well there ever be a super heavy in the UFC
12:52 Dana White: No. We're just finally getting enough heavyweights to build the division. There's not enough future heavyweights.

12:52 [Comment From Robert H: ]
Who inspire you to be who you are today and for your success?
12:53 Dana White: I don't think that anybody really inspired me for my success. I've always been in love with fights since I was a little kid whether it was boxing or Bruce Lee or martial arts-type movies.
12:53 Dana White: I always loved boxing, but I knew it was messed up and I thought we could do it better.

12:53 [Comment From Chris: ]
who is the most underrated fighter in your opinion?
12:54 Dana White: Brock Lesnar. I don't think people give him enough credit for how good he really is and what he has accomplished.

12:55 [Comment From Rishad: ]
Iphone or Blackberry ?
12:55 Dana White: I have a 1990 Nokia phone that I use that people rag on me all the time about.

12:55 [Comment From Hannes: ]
Can you give us a little sneak peek for the new TUF season?
12:55 Dana White: The thing starts off slow. I was really pissed off with the fights in the beginning and then it just goes through the roof. The fights are awesome.

12:56 [Comment From Kim: ]
do u think people are seriously underestimating Jake Shields?
12:56 Dana White: Kim, that's a great question. And yes, people are definitely underestimating Jake Shields. But GSP is not.

12:56 [Comment From Adam King: ]
Do you think bisping will soon be fighting for the middleweight belt ?
12:56 Dana White: I think he has to win a couple more fights first.

12:57 [Comment From Jon: ]
All time favourite UFC fight?
12:57 Dana White: There has just been too many.

12:57 [Comment From John: ]
Why is Frank Fertitta never at the UFC events?
12:57 Dana White: Frank Fertitta goes to almost all UFC events. He's just very low-key.

12:58 [Comment From PunchFirst: ]
Watching the UFC in 3D was a great experience, are yall going to continue using this in the future?
12:58 Dana White: Yeah, we've had, the people who are experienced with 3D say this is the best sport for 3D. They love it. We will continue to do it.

12:59 [Comment From naylor152: ]
Tell Joe Rogan to accept his pending baldness and start to rock your hair style ; )
12:59 Dana White: Yes, Joe is going to have to terms very soon.

1:00 Dana White: Thank you guys so much for all the questions. I'll see you in Seattle on Saturday night.
And we're done!

Good read

Dana is a pretty cool dude.

My question would've been?

Why does the new UFC website suck! All the videos take for ever to load!

I'm guessing his response would have been something like this :

12:30 Dana White: I think it depends on your computer. If you're still watching with dial-up, I can see why you would have a bad experience.
12:31 Dana White: We test this stuff. It's not like we just throw this stuff and say, 'Oh, I hope this works for everybody.'

The worst part about UFC.com is the article comments...90% are spam advertising, and it's been getting worse over the past 2 years, so it's not like it's a new problem. You'd think a world class org like the UFC could solve such a simple issue with their website.
