To the best of my knowlege he don't gas dureing a fight! Not that it would hurt if he could improve his speed and power, but then agian it wouldn't hurt any of them if they could get stronger and faster.

Bonnie Round is a shape so he will be in shape. As a life long fat person who spent a lot of time proving people wrong body type is no indication of one athletic ability. I and many other can testify to that. SO I stand on round being in shape

He has already beat him in grapling and he has better hands than Mir so I see this as a W for Roy. Unless Mir really ups his striking game and goes in there and keeps Roy off of him

Body shape has little to do with hand speed and power. Typically poor body type is nothing more that a lazy diet and skipping certain exccersises. As for power tell that to any of the world strongest man people. Speed yeah smaller people tend to have faster hands I think we saw that with JDS but Mir's hands and not any faster than Roys and Mir cannot punch as technical as JDS. Roy will stand and bang a round or two than bull doze him and than steamroll him into a pancake for either a decision or tapout due to man boob suffication

Frank Mir
Height 6 ft 3 in
Weight 252 lb
Reach 79.0 in
Record 14-5

Wins and loses of note..

Wins - Mirko Filipović, Cheick Kongo, Brock Lesnar, Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira

Loses - Shane Carwin, Brock Lesnar

Roy Nelson
Height 6 ft
Weight 263 lb
Reach 74.0 in
Record 15-5

Wins and loses of note..
Wins - Stefan Struve, Brendan Schaub,

Loses - Junior dos Santos, Jeff Monson, Andrei Arlovski

Despite having similar fight records.. I would have to say Mir wins against harder competition...

The 5in reach advantage that Frank has.. translates into a lot more during a fight..

a reach advantage does no good when you have a huge man laying on top of you. Brock easily stem rolled Frank and It has already been proven Roy is hte better grappler so really all frnak has is keeping on the feet and using that reach. Which he has shown he is not so good at keep big guys on their feet who want to go to the ground.

I am a Frank Mir fan but you can't count out Roy. He took all kind of punishment from Dos Santos. Mir doesn't hit as hard as Junior. There's always a chance for Roy to land a KO punch. Should be a good fight.
