I was actually going to start a thread in the Training/Nutrion section of how to gain weight but i thought it might be pathetic LOL !!!
One would think that just by eating you would gain weight but not in my case

Lift heavy and boost your calories along with protein and creatine supplements.

For lifting, find your 1 rep max and then work with about 85% of that weight. You should be getting somewhere between 4-6 reps per set. Give it a try. It still doesn't come fast, but expect to gain 2-5 pounds per month.

I've been working on gaining muscle lately. I'm about 10 pounds heavier since Halloween. It's a slow progress to do it without getting fat.

good advice ... it also depends on his age ... i tried for years to get big and couldn't ... then i hit a certain age and i would look at weights and i got bigger ... LOL ... and i had decent results with creatine ...

I will certainly get some money together to buy some Creatine and Protein.
I work full time from 8 - 5pm and then go to school from 6-9:50 so my schedule is kind of crazy right now. But its in my things to do to at least buy some weights I can use at home.

Im 25, I started going to a local gym last year. I went for about 7 months staright. I went in weigh in at 135lbs and by the 2 week I was down to 128

I was taking Mass Tech some protein a friend recommended but didn't work.
All i got was pretty cut but no gain in weight.

Nothing wrong with getting cut. The chicks love abs.

Gaining quality size can be tough though. Creatine seems to work but will also make you retain water and lose some definition. I try to bulk up in the winter and then cut the fat in the spring so I have definition through the summer months when I'm likely to be shirtless. Yeah yeah, call me vain but vanity is a great motivator so I'll embrace it. I like to make my wife proud. She enjoys showing me off to her friends so it's a win-win.
