It's difficult for us to understand how a perfect mind, that already knows the future, would work. But I imagine it's kind of like watching a film that you've seen several times. After the first viewing, you already know what is going to happen, however, that knowledge doesn't mean that you are suddenly controlling the action in the film on the second viewing. Of course, it's not a perfect analogy, because I don't believe that we are a rerun that GOD is just passively observing. However, I'm just trying to make the point that knowing the outcome of an event doesn't necessarily imply control of that event.
