I forgot about this thread. I since bought a heavy bag and some kettle balls as one suggested and am now about 235 and dropping. My diet has tanked or else the pound would drop faster

Chris, you might try giving the Stubborn Fat Protocol by Lyle MacDonald a shot. I have to do this when I get to 10% in order to get lower. I gave a full outline of what to do here:
