Well I guess Matt is cutting back on his hunting schedule. To bad for him and me, I will be in the woods for the opening weekend of gun season here in Wisconsin. I would have invited Mr. Matt Hughes to come up with me, but it looks like he has already made bigger plans, but not better. Nothing beats getting up at 4:30 in the morning to the sounds of farts and snores in Deer Camp.

Ok, so here's a source I find reliable:

Quote:
arielhelwani: BJ Penn and Matt Hughes have agreed to meet at UFC 123 in Michigan. Welterweight bout. Story coming shortly at @MMAFighting.
IMO the way I don't believe this story now is if Matt says otherwise.

I don't want to see Matt fight BJ. Im done with BJ getting his ass kicked and still getting big fights.

It's not official, it's just a more high profile rumor than it was yesterday.

I'm merging these two threads, since they are both dealing with rumors of Matt fighting BJ.

I hope it is a rumor. I'm not getting why people are excited at the thought of Matt fighting BJ again.

I don't want to see BJ come to 170 again anyways.

why not? their last 2 fights were great and I would expect the same from a 3rd fight.
