Animated avatars.

Are they okay? The one I'm rocking at the moment is smaller than the byte size limit.

I first tried using this one, which is just under the byte size limit, but an error page kept coming up. A staff member may be able to add it or it's just too large. I don't mind to keep the one I have now though.
