Is the insurance company saying they aren't paying for your car.

She probably told them that and they just have to tell you. I bet they will still pay. If there are any injuries involved they may try and shift the blame off of them. I think auto carriers are usually pretty fair though.

I know. And they said their "investigation" shows that...I think by that they mean "she said you hit her" because they havent even seen my car

It's going to be a complete pain in the a$$ but you have to stay ontop of them. Constantly call. I have to do the same thing with my health insurance company and eventually they get tired of listening to me and they give me what I need.

Yep that's there investigating. Ask their client's side. Who does the police report show as vehicle #1?

Ugh, I know just how you must feel right now. I got rear-ended by some snot-nosed 16yo emo kid driving daddy's Saturn. He was nearly in tears before he even got out of his car. When the cop showed up, he started bawling & somehow convinced her that I was swerving in & out of traffic & that's why he hit me. Too bad I was at a dead stop in the left turn lane with my blinker on & he still managed to blast into me.
