I feel sweaty and out of breath. I haven't been able to run since before I had surgery and today I was cleared to start exercising again. I went for a run this morning around the lake here and it felt really good. My foot is a little sore but really not more than after a day of heavy walking. Surgery was a success and I can get my life back again! We have a huge hiking/camping trip planned in October so I have to get into shape to carry a pack and hike in the mountains.

Get back into jits! US Grappling's got an event on Oct. 16th in Hampton, VA that I'll be competing in. You & I should dominate in the name of the MHF!!

Interesting idea. I was hoping to get my cardio up this month and hitting the gym for class next month. If nothing else, I may just come up and cheer you on. It's not a bad drive from here.

Yeah, there's actually an event in Richmond today (At PH High School, as usual), but I had to decide between that & coming to the fights. No brainer!!!
