It took me awhile to figure that one out too but the country boy clothes and "oh shucks" closed-eyes expression finally made me realize that must be Matt!

Yeah, it's not his best caricature, by far.

I think this guy does a much better caricature of Matt:


He does a few other MMA fighters also.
