Mac-

You can't base the competition on Boomer's judging - he's spent too much time in the sandbox. I would question the skill of his taste buds after they have been potentially polluted with so much sand and dirt.

I think that there should be another challenge next year - announced a bit more in advance so that more folks can come and truly judge.

Also, you need to do a blind taste test - don't tell the participants which wings are which and have them vote anonymously to eliminate any potential for bias. (Speaking as a researcher...ha ha) Then, you'll truly know the answer.

I would not concede and take this as a loss - based on just one man's opinion - whose taste buds could be all out of whack!
