Mr Hughes, Careful what you say about Brock lol....

10. Brock Lesnar
Points: 46
Affiliation: UFC
Weight class: Heavyweight (UFC heavyweight champion)
Hometown: Webster, S.D.
Record: 5-1 (has won past five)
Last month’s ranking: unranked
Most recent result: def. Shane Carwin, R2 submission, July 3
Analysis: With strength, athleticism, wrestling ability, a ferocious ground and pound, and the heart needed to find his way out of tough situations, Lesnar is turning into the heavyweight version of a prime Matt Hughes.

man i forgot how much yahoo sports sucks. on that article they have brock on a 5 fight win streak. and then they say in the analasis of frankie edgar that "Analysis: Has his chance to prove loss to Penn was no fluke." was it just me or does frankie not have the belt?

Really when you think about it it does seem very true. Both big for weight class very strong and great wrestlers and brutal gnp and subs.

On a serious note I'm stoked that training is going well and the fact that its my first live ppv in person. I've been to a fight night in omaha and I know how awesome that was but for a big show with my fave fighter in matt fighting I can't wait.
