His cardio was not tested on the show in any of his fights. And regardless of what you or anyone else says about his physique not making a difference, I think a Roy Nelson with a lot less flab on his frame would be a far superior fighter to the Roy Nelson with a tractor tyre around his waist.

why do people talk about fights they havnt watched... I doubt you watched the monson/Nelson fight cus if you did you would know nelson was completely robbed.

Dave are you crazy? Kongo has no ground game and weak takedown defense. Roy will shoot and either submit him or pound him till the ref pulls him off. It won't get out of the 1st round. We all know Roy tries to do the least ammount of work in a fight. He usess BJJ and GNP on strikers and stands up with good graplers. Roy will win with ease.

i actually think roy will stand and trade with kongo and win in that fashion .. i like kongo, but mma ain't his game ... roy will drop him and get the KO victory ..

My point still stands with or without Monson. one cant be expected to see every single fight on a persons record before making a decision. Robbed or not...the fact it went to decision...I mean...people think that he's going to finish someone who hasnt been finished very often, and has fought better people on paper.
