I asked my buddy Manny what he thought of this idea and he said he would only consent to the tests 24 days before the sex. He doesn't like needles, or anybody putting cotton swabs in his peehole that close to the sex because it will hinder his performance.

the scary thing is that there is a three month window period for an accurate HIV test. So that person would have to get tested three months after the last time they had an encounter in order to get a 100% accurate HIV reading.

I work in the medical field, and I have family who work for the state health department.
So that is supposed to unjustify that this is liberal BS? 1 in 6 is too astronomical to be correct. Just another scare tactic to prevent teens from having sex.
