I don't think Christians should be apologetic or afraid to voice the truth, but I also think the best way to reach people can be different depending on who they are. For some people, the Chris way is the way to approach them, while others may need a more tactful way to open up. Regardless of which way we approach it, we need to attempt to reach those people to remind them that there is a better way.

That is very true. I wish I was better at discerning who needs what. I just do not want anyone to die iun their sins.

Yea, and it's better to try the wrong way, then to not try at all.

Now THAT I can understand

You know I was a universalist once because I could hack the idea of the "lost"

What if I call somebody in on their sin? Maybe this would have a more positive effect than calling them out.

Has anyone ever tried to do it with family though? I mean if they're not ready to listen, then they're not ready to listen. Maybe you just have to wait until the Holy Spirit has softened their heart.

Just remember what Paul said. Some sow some water but the holy spirit reaps the harvest. Your job is to do one of those things and let the Holy Spirit do the saving. You can say alot w/o saying a word. Many word rather see a sermon then hear one.
