Its Hog Time!!

I started packing today. I won't get much time the rest of the week to do so, since i work late. Went out and shot the rifle and the pistol a little this weekend. My cousin was with me target practicing. We are so pumped for this trip. Borrowed my parent's cooler. I hope i can put something in it for the trip back home!

What are you gonna use for ammo in the ar15? I killed one doe with 60gr nosler, but I felt I could have got better results with other projectiles. Small entrance and exit wounds, the most blood came from her mouth, however she tipped over right away. I'm gonna use the AR again this year, but may try barnes copper solids.

Just the cheap stuff...55gr fmj Remington. a good head shot will do the trick.
I have her scoped in using the cheap stuff...might as well use the cheap stuff. plus, if i get into a messohogs, i can bumpfire and the pocketbook won't cry! hahahaha I am not gonna bumpfire and end up wounding a bunch of them...
