Only if Batman was anticipating him. He would have to have a familiarity with the Hulk's powers if he was to be in any way effective against Hulk's strength.

He's Batman... height of human strength.. master of multi forms of combat...

Being big and strong is great.. but there are certain parts of the body that, if hit.. will HURT no matter how big you are...

Granted.. it is hard to dodge a full mountain range.. (al la Secret Wars) being lifted and tossed....
