Default Multi-Vitamin Guide

So you think those multi-vitamins you're purchasing from the major stores (Men's One-A-Day, Centrum, GNC, Twinlab, etc.) are any good? Millions of people are wasting money on common brands that don't accomplish anything other than making the companies rich, and you poorer and not any healthier.

There is a book about pills and vitamins I will get the title anyhow it seems believable about how drug companies cheat consumers. I also read some conspiracy theories about prenatal pills and then the wave of illnesses.. Example the high autism rate. I don't know it made me think twice about what to pop in the name of being healthy...

Well this report is strictly based on things that most people don't think about:

Are they using organic compounds?
What is the bioavailability of the minerals?
etc.

It's a truly fantastic research study and one that really shouldn't be overlooked. If you care about your health that is

I've been told the high autism rate is linked to some of the vaccinations they're giving babies soon after birth. If anyone is expecting, I highly recommend you research this before allowing the hospital to give whatever vaccinations they say are important.

USANA Health Sciences
Douglas Laboratories

Anyone have any experience with any of those three?

Anyone have knowledge of a place to order them from?

I don't have any knowledge of them, sorry.

I can't get the original link to open and I would be very interested in reading the information.

Can anyone help?

I found it by googling, I don't know why the original link wouldn't work for me. Here is the one I found (same source)

The Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements they use as reference looks very informative, I'm going to see if my library has it.
