Ahhh, public transportation...

Both of them were kinda acting like jack-asses, and that's a good way to get shot. That ol' boy really got in on a couple of them shots. I think he may have got him with a couple knees or kicks there at the end.

Yeah, the old guy could easily have ended it a lot earlier, but he kept talking. Not that I'm a master in legalese or whatever, but I'd guess that since the black guy hit him first, he's the one who'll be charged. I don't really know, though.

We need the option to embed videos here on the forum.

Nate? Can that be added? I'm on another forum that allows that. I can actually watch the youtube videos that way. I just can't go to the youtube site.

Or, if any of my facebook friends wants to host it on their facebook page, that could work. I tried copying the URL to my own facebook page but had zero success.

I doubt it would be that cut and dry. The video clearly shows that they were both antagonizing each other. I'm not a lawyer either, but I do know that just because somebody hits you first does not mean that you can go overboard and viciously assault that person. Now, I'm not saying that the old guy was really overboard either though, he did get up and move away even though he kept talking crap. I probably would have reacted the same way if somebody was standing over me and then threw a punch like the black guy did.

How ironic that the video ends with the camera aimed at a sign that says...

"Keep our city clean and safe, do your part"

well its difficult to see whether the kid makes physical contact or just gets in his face...either way, he was warned, and he was asking for it
