Kenny Florian Retires

KenFlo announced his retirement yesterday, and it's seemed to spark quite a bit of discussion amongst the hardcores. So I ask...is he a UFC "Hall of Famer"?

He never won the belt even fighting 3 different weight classes. I respect Ken Flo and enjoyed watching him fight, but HOF is for legends like Hughes, Couture, Ortiz, Liddell, etc.

ok ... kenflo was a better than avg fighter .. .not too many guys get 3 titles .. but to me, he is a perennial runner up .. couldn't win TUF and couldn't win the title ... the HoF is for legends of the sport or pioneers ... kenflo is neither ... i don't agree with mask being in their, but he did do a lot from the sport from promoting tapout trying to make it mainstream and sponsoring fighters so they could concentrate more on mma .....

No. Sure, he's better than average, and is well known both for fighting and announcing, but he's no legend.

I say yes. Like it was stated before..... If Mask got in then Kenflo should too.... Besides Kenny "Fineshes Fights"

Fineshes? Errrm finishes.
Mask got in due to what he did for this sport. Selling T's out of your trunk to help sponsor people before this became mainstream is a high achievement. Regardless of Tapout's status now that company was a major part of MMA.
Kenflo well not legend status.
