I'm 5'7", 157 pounds and doing 3 reps @ 345 pounds. I was able to do 4 reps @ 355 pounds and 5 reps @ 355 pounds on the 2 sets before this (5 reps @ 355 is rated 399, new PR!). This was pretty sweet to set a new record considering I'm on a cut right now.

not sure what I can do for dead lift but I did squat yesterday 335 for 7. 355 for 4. 370 for 2 then for burn out I did 225 for 16.5 ish I died lol iam 5'9 172 ish fat and happy 160 when about 7% body fat
