I worked in the mountains in Vegas for 3 weeks.. it was rough!!!

I love Wandy

Man that guy is so cool! "Training in the nine thousand feets". That is one thing that I love about Wandy that really sets him apart from a lot of the great guys that have been in the sport for a while. He adapts his training to the newest methods to make sure he is prepared for todays standards.

I've been up high, and it was rough as hell (denver).
But Ive never heard of a high elevation room in a gym, thats nice.

That elevation machine looks jerry-rigged.

One day, I'm gonna train at the gym haha.

Ya you can make them yourself for a whole heck of a lot cheaper then shelling out a few thousand for an actual machine that looks nice.
