Last night we had several MySQL database files get corrupted and I'm still trying to repair all the damage; so it might be a few days before everything is running 100% again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you are getting a ton of error messages, then don't worry too much about it. I'm aware of the problem. However, feel free to post whatever error messages you might be getting, or problems you might be having, in this thread. This way I can get a good grasp of just how big this problem might be. Right now, I've noticed that I get an error messages after every post (even though the post still goes through) and many people (including Matt) are unable to view the blog comments. So if your problem doesn't fall into one of those two categories then let me know.

I might try upgrading to the latest version of vBulletin, but I'm hesitant because I don't think Yahoo! is compatible with PHP version 5.0 or later. So that could bring with it a whole new set of problems. Plus I would have to take the forums completely offline while I perform the upgrade.
So if the forums go down again within the next few days, it's probably just me upgrading the system.

I understand. Can I ask why you set every page up like a blog. When not just make the main page a locked template with only the center section editable and then save it with the correct name? That is how I have always done it and just wanted to know why you do it the other way?
thanks |

No one has ever told us any different, so we've just gone with that. Personally, I would prefer it if each section of the site had it's own look; but now that we're using WordPress, we're pretty much stuck with a standard template for now.
