roy kinda annoys me for some reason but one cannot deny that this is pretty sweet news. especially after this trainwreck of a season.

if roy is on it then he takes it easly. even though people dont like him he is good he almost subed AA and in my mind he beat Munson

Yeah Roy will be very tough to beat. Don't know if he's a great addition to the UFC HW division.

Roy's a great fighter, he was whooping Arlovski before his lack of conditioning came into play. IMO, put him in the LHW or MW class and you're looking at a very serious contender in the UFC.

Roy Nelson is a good fighter! Some Folks resent him cause he don't look athletic or conditioned. Personally I hope he Trims down and gets some good Cardio.
