Oops, my eating well derailed just like this thread did
It's really hard to eat well while housesitting, but anyway...
I'm fasting the next couple days, just food, still drinking juices. And maybe going to detox next week. I just do the juice fast for that.
The plan is to start working out on Friday with Joe's boxing class, then saturday morning with the gals.
Then next week at least 3 times a week if possible. Once it starts getting warmer I'm going to start running everyday like i used to.
And sometimes walking the pup helps too. That's my fave workout
Anyway, any tips? I'm thinking about hitting up the local market vs. Kroger the grocery store. Seems like local stuff is cheaper.
