Well, I'd like to say I think the United States government and justice system will come out on the side of the American, but sadly, after what has happened to those two border patrol guards (yeah, I know, their sentences were "commuted" by Bush--pathetic and disgraceful!!!) I don't hold out much hope for that rancher.
